Sunflower Fest

Join us for a 2-day Sunflower Fest starting Friday, September 11 with Boogie and the Yoyo'z on stage from 5:30 pm - 9: pm. Before the band begins, we will honor the 25th anniversary of 9/11 with the Sturgeon Bay Honor Guard and the National Anthem. Saturday the fun continues with the Walk To End Alzheimer's at 10 am, Big Mouth and the Power Tool Horns play at 11 am, sign up for the cherry pie eating contest and the corn hole tournament and enjoy the free kids play zone along with bucket raffle and 50/50 raffle.

Cedarburg Artists Guild Membership Exhibition

PLYMOUTH, WI — Gallery 110 North of the Plymouth Arts Center is pleased to present the Cedarburg Artists Guild Membership Exhibition, featuring original new works by more than 30 talented Guild members. The exhibition opens on Friday, August 14, 2026, in conjunction with the Plymouth Arts Center's 22nd Annual Cheese Capital Jazz & Blues Crawl Fundraiser for the Arts. The presenting sponsors are Thomas and Barbara Slater and Richard and Sunday Strong. The show will remain on display through October 2, 2026. The public is invited to celebrate the exhibition during a special Artist Reception (one week later) on Friday, August 21, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to meet many of the exhibiting artists while enjoying live entertainment by the Gypsy Swing Chicks, along with complimentary appetizers and desserts. Admission is free and everyone is welcome. Founded more than 30 years ago, the Cedarburg Artists Guild has played an important role in fostering and promoting the arts throughout southeastern Wisconsin. What began as a small group of artists dedicated to raising awareness of the region's growing creative community has evolved into an organization of more than 200 members representing the visual, literary, and performing arts. Today, the Guild continues its mission of encouraging creativity while promoting fine arts and crafts throughout Ozaukee and Washington Counties. Adding to the festive atmosphere of the reception, the Gypsy Swing Chicks will perform an eclectic blend of music inspired by George Gershwin, Django Reinhardt, and traditional world music. Featuring violin, mandolin-dobro, keyboard, and upright bass, the ensemble delivers an energetic and engaging performance that delights audiences of all ages. The Plymouth Arts Center is honored to welcome the Cedarburg Artists Guild to Gallery 110 North and invites art lovers from throughout the region to experience this diverse exhibition celebrating the creativity and talent of Wisconsin artists. Founded in 1993, the Plymouth Arts Center is a nonprofit community arts organization dedicated to enriching the lives of people throughout western Sheboygan County and beyond through diverse experiences in the arts. Its mission is "To Enliven the Spirit of Our Community and To Enrich the Lives of All, by Providing Diverse Experiences in the Arts." Gallery 110 North presents six distinctive exhibitions each year featuring outstanding Wisconsin artists. In addition to its gallery exhibitions, the Plymouth Arts Center offers a vibrant schedule of concerts, theatrical performances, educational classes, special events, and a gift shop showcasing artwork created by regional artists. The Friday, September 11, 2026, performance begins at 7:30 p.m. and is a show-only production, with tickets priced at $25 in advance or $30 at the door.
